The Lean Mastery series consist of 5 days classes split in 2 sessions, 1 month apart, for a project completion by participants.
- Lean Mastery in Healthcare
- Lean Mastery in Administration (office)
- Lean Mastery in Mfg
- Lean Mastery in government and Higher Education
Participants will be certified as Lean Master in one of the above industries
PES provides training in a variety of formats:
- Public training courses through affiliation with College/Universities or in our offices
- In- house customized training course
- Supplier training courses
- Guest speaker services at Mgt sessions and a variety of other functions.
